NEXUS Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: October 6, 2026

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your Instagram, WhatsApp, Tasawwak, or NEXUS interaction.

How to request deletion

Email info@tasawak.online with the subject:

NEXUS Data Deletion Request

Include only the information needed to identify your records:

  • The communication channel used, such as Instagram, WhatsApp, or the Tasawwak website.
  • The username, phone number, or email address used for that interaction.
  • The approximate date of the conversation or interaction.
  • The name of the business or page you contacted.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, government identification documents, or copies of private messages unless we specifically request limited information needed to verify the request.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge the request using the contact method you provided.
  2. We verify that the request relates to you and locate the relevant records.
  3. We delete or anonymize eligible information from active NEXUS systems and instruct relevant service providers when necessary.
  4. We confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Deletion from backups and platform-controlled systems may take additional time. Deleting NEXUS records does not automatically delete information controlled independently by Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Shopify, or another business. You may need to use the privacy controls of those services separately.

Requests from Meta platforms

If you used Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp to communicate with a business connected to NEXUS, include the relevant username or phone number so we can locate the associated CRM record. Removing the app or disconnecting a Meta account does not necessarily identify which CRM records belong to you, so a direct request may still be required.
