Refund Policy

This policy explains how returns, cancellations, defective products, and delivery damage are handled for orders placed with Tasawwak, a trading name operated by Issa Trading Establishment (مؤسسة عيسى التجارية).

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns solely because a customer has changed their mind about a purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable under Lebanese law.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been delivered.

Once your order has been delivered, this cancellation option no longer applies. Any applicable warranty, defect, or delivery-damage process described below will apply instead.

Defective Products

If you believe that a product is defective, please contact us promptly so we can arrange the applicable inspection and warranty process.

Eligible products are covered by a one-year Tasawwak warranty unless a different warranty is stated on the product page, invoice, or warranty document. Please review our Warranty Policy for additional information.

Delivery Damage

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please report the damage immediately to the delivery team before accepting the order whenever reasonably possible.

You should also contact us promptly and provide photographs of the product, packaging, and visible damage so we can review the issue and assist you.
