This policy explains how delivery works for orders placed with Tasawwak, a trading name operated by Issa Trading Establishment (مؤسسة عيسى التجارية).

Delivery Areas and Charges

We deliver according to the customer’s location.

Delivery availability and cost depend on the delivery address. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout or communicated when we confirm the order.

Some locations may require additional delivery time or may not be serviceable. We will contact the customer if we cannot complete delivery to the provided address.

Delivery Times

Any delivery time provided during checkout or order confirmation is an estimate.

Delivery may be affected by traffic, weather, public holidays, supplier delays, security conditions, road closures, service interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer if a significant delay occurs.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • A complete and accurate delivery address

  • A reachable telephone number

  • Any necessary delivery instructions

Tasawwak is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable customer information.

Receiving the Order

The customer or an authorized person should be available to receive the order and complete any Cash on Delivery payment.

Customers should inspect the product and packaging at the time of delivery whenever reasonably possible.

Delivery Damage

If your order arrives visibly damaged, report the damage immediately to the delivery team before accepting the order whenever reasonably possible.

You should also contact us promptly and provide photographs of the product, packaging, and visible damage so we can review the issue and assist you.
