These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tasawwak online store and purchases made through https://tasawak.online.
Tasawwak is a trading name operated by Issa Trading Establishment (مؤسسة عيسى التجارية), a registered business in Lebanon.

The applicable product price, delivery charge, discount, and order total will be shown during checkout or confirmed with the customer before delivery.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-information errors. If an error affects an order, we may contact the customer to confirm, adjust, or cancel the order.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase and does not automatically mean the order has been accepted.
We may contact the customer to confirm product availability, customer information, delivery location, payment method, and delivery charges.
We reserve the right to adjust, decline, or cancel an order due to unavailable stock, incorrect pricing, incomplete customer information, suspected fraud, or an unavailable delivery location.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been delivered.
After delivery, any applicable return, defective-product, delivery-damage, and warranty procedures are governed by our Refund Policy and Warranty Policy.
Payment
Cash on Delivery is currently available. Payment is collected when the order is delivered unless another payment arrangement has been confirmed by Tasawwak.
Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and be available to receive and pay for the confirmed order.
Delivery
Delivery availability, expected delivery time, and cost depend on the customer’s location.
Delivery information will be displayed during checkout or communicated during order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, security conditions, supplier delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Eligible products carry a one-year Tasawwak warranty unless another warranty period or provider is stated on the product page, invoice, or warranty document.

These Terms and purchases made through Tasawwak are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Lebanon.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights provided under Lebanese law.
