Warranty Policy

Eligible products sold by Tasawwak, a trading name operated by Issa Trading Establishment (مؤسسة عيسى التجارية), carry a one-year Tasawwak warranty unless a different warranty period or provider is stated on the product page, invoice, or warranty document.

Reporting a Suspected Defect

If you believe that your product is defective, please contact us promptly.

We may request:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • The product model and serial number

  • Photographs or videos showing the suspected defect

  • A description of when and how the issue occurred

We will guide you through the applicable inspection, repair, replacement, or warranty process. Products may need to be inspected by Tasawwak, the supplier, distributor, manufacturer, or an authorized service center.

Warranty Exclusions

Unless applicable law or written warranty terms provide otherwise, warranty coverage does not normally include:

  • Accidental or physical damage

  • Misuse, negligence, or improper installation

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Damage caused by incorrect voltage or unsuitable electrical connections

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Consumable parts or accessories

  • Damage caused by water, moisture, fire, impact, pests, or environmental conditions

  • Failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions

Customers should retain the invoice, warranty card, original packaging, serial number, and included accessories.

Delivery Damage

Warranty coverage is separate from delivery damage.

If your product arrives visibly damaged, report the damage immediately to the delivery team before accepting the order whenever reasonably possible. You should also contact us promptly and provide photographs of the product and packaging.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under Lebanese law.
