NEXUS Terms of Service

Effective date: October 6, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of NEXUS, a customer relationship management and business messaging service operated by Issa Trading Company under the Tasawwak brand.

Using NEXUS

NEXUS helps authorized businesses organize customer communications, leads, follow-ups, product enquiries, support requests, and staff handoffs. Parts of the service may connect with third-party platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Shopify, hosting providers, authentication providers, and workflow automation services.

You may use NEXUS only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with the terms and policies of any connected platform.

Authorized business users

Business users are responsible for:

  • Protecting their accounts and access credentials.
  • Giving access only to authorized staff.
  • Ensuring that information entered into NEXUS is accurate and lawfully obtained.
  • Responding to customer requests and human handoffs in a timely manner.
  • Configuring automation, staff access, product information, and messaging settings appropriately.
  • Obtaining any consent required for communications and data processing.

Customer communications and automation

NEXUS may assist with or automate responses when the relevant business enables that feature. Automated responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Customers should confirm important information such as price, availability, delivery, warranty, payment, and order status with authorized staff before relying on it.

NEXUS does not guarantee that a staff member will immediately see or answer a message, that a product is available, or that a message will be delivered by a third-party platform.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use NEXUS to:

  • Break the law or violate another person's rights.
  • Send spam, deceptive messages, threats, harassment, or unlawful content.
  • Collect or disclose information without proper authority.
  • Attempt to access another organization, account, conversation, system, or credential.
  • Interfere with security controls, service availability, or connected platforms.
  • Submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary customer chat.

Third-party services

Connected services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability, permissions, messaging rules, delivery status, account review, and technical limits are outside our control. NEXUS may be temporarily limited if a connected service changes, fails, suspends access, or requires additional approval.

Intellectual property

NEXUS software, branding, documentation, and original service content belong to Issa Trading Company or its licensors. Businesses retain responsibility for their own customer information, product content, trademarks, and materials.

Service availability and changes

We may maintain, update, suspend, or change parts of NEXUS to protect security, comply with platform requirements, improve reliability, or develop the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer and limitation

NEXUS is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or failures caused by third-party platforms, telecommunications networks, customer devices, incorrect business data, or unauthorized account use. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension or termination

We may restrict access when necessary to address security risk, unlawful activity, non-payment, platform restrictions, or a material breach of these Terms. A business may stop using NEXUS subject to any applicable agreement and legal retention obligations.

Privacy and deletion

Our NEXUS Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. Data-deletion requests may be submitted using the NEXUS Data Deletion page or by emailing info@tasawak.online.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
